Vegan Vodka Pasta

Begin to cook your noodles. In a separate pan, heat 1 tbsp of oil. Add your onion, garlic, and red chili flakes to your pan and sauté until fragrant, then add your tomato pastes. Once combined, add in your vodka and cook on a medium simmer for 3-5 minutes. Add in your noodles, liquid gold (pasta water), nutritional yeast, and salt. Serve with olive oil, vegan parm, and basil.
