Vegan Hamburger Helper Dupe with NotMac&Cheese

Begin by dicing all veggies and adding them to a heated and oiled cast iron pan. After sautéing for 3-5 minutes over medium heat, add in your vegan mince and cook according to package directions. Once your mince is nearly done, add your Kraft NotMac&Cheese noodles to a salted and boiling pot of water and cook according to package directions. Once noodles are tender, add them to your cast iron pan with the vegan mince, along with your vegan milk, reserved liquid gold (from the mac&cheese prep), vegan cheese packet, and vegan butter. Mix everything together and serve with fresh cracked pepper and vegan cheese of choice on top.
