VEGAN FISH TACOS!

1. Drain, cut your tofu into thick squares and wrap in paper towel to relieve moisture. After 5 minutes, gently squeeze out excess moisture. 2. In one bowl, add your wheat flour along with the seasoning blend, and in another, add your vegan milk mixture (yogurt or milk + ACV). 3. Dip your tofu first in the wheat flour, then in the milk mixture, and repeat. 4. Add the coated tofu to a bag of panko and gently toss until all sides are coated. 5. Place your 'fish' cutlets into an air fryer, spray with oil, and cook at 400°F for 10 minutes. 6. Meanwhile, combine all your coleslaw ingredients, mix well, and top your tacos with it.
