Gluten-free, chocolate-y goodness! These easy Sweet Potato Brownies are so good, you won't know they are vegan and oil free (with a nonstick pan!). Perfect for storage in Rubbermaid Easy Find Lids containers.
Begin by setting your oven to 350 degrees. Add all ingredients (omitting the dark chocolate bar) to a food processor and blend until smooth. Top with your chopped dark chocolate bar, or favorite toppings, and bake for 25-30 minutes. Once cooled, add to your Rubbermaid Easy Find Lid Container and eat as desired! These are great topped with ice cream.
