½ fl oz fresh lemon juice

nutritional yeast

2 tbsp nutritional yeast

1 box extra firm tofu

garlic powder

1 ½ fresh basil leaves

Instructions

1. Lightly wrap your tofu in some paper towels and squeeze excess moisture.
2. Next add all ricotta ingredients to a food processor omitting basil leaves and blend until smooth (3 minutes).
3. Add in your basil and set in the fridge!
4. Chop your fruits of choice and place how you desire.
5. Top with basil and vegan ricotta.
