Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Cookies (Vegan)

1. Mix 2 1/4 cup flour, salt, baking soda and corn starch in a medium sized bowl.
2. In a large bowl - mix butter, brown sugar, reg sugar & vanilla and blend.
3. Slowly mix in vegan milk to the butter mixture and blend.
4. Grab two more bowls - in bowl A place 1 and 1/4th cup of the pre-existing flour mixture and 1/4th cup cocoa powder - in bowl B place the rest of the flour mixture and add 1/4th cup extra flour.
5. Take 1 cup of the pre-existing butter mixture and place in bowl A and form into a dough.
6. Next add 1/4th peanut butter to left over wet mixture and add bowl B flour and form into a dough.
7. Now take 1/2 cup of choc or 1/2 chopped dark chocolate bar and add to the peanut butter mixture.
8. Pat yourself on the back for making it this far - now add a little of both and form a large ball the size of your palm.
9. Place them on a nonstick sprayed cooking sheet and place in the oven @ 350 for 13 mins.
10. When they come out they will be large, pat down with a spatula, leave to cool and enjoy!!!
